NEW SHERIFF IN TOWN -- WILL YOU ENFORCE T. I. L. A. , AS A CIVIL RIGHT?

A number of people who filed a T.I.L.A. Complaint using the Federal Reserve Consumer Help form, have received a reply telling them to file their complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).

The problem with that answer is that the CFPB does not exist in law.

Title X of the Dodd–Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, created the "Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection", not the CFBP.

I say this is a civil rights violation of simulating a legal process under color of law by the Federal Reserve System, that should be reported to the Department of Justice Civil Rights Division.

I'm sure some reading this will say "THEY" won't do anything, but I say that since we have a New Sheriff in Town, they only way to know what THEY will do is to file the Report and follow instructions before making a judgement.

Therefor if you received an answer from Federal Reserve Consumer Help telling you to file with CFPB, I'd ask you take the time and contact the Civil Rights Division and file a Report against the Federal Reserve Consumer Help branch of the Federal Reserve System.

I'll show you want I mean in the video, and will provide here a short narrative you can use, or make up your own. Either way file the report and see what happens. I show in the video how it is done.

And use this narrative if you wish or make up your own:

"Using the “Federal Reserve Consumer Help” website https://www.federalreserveconsumerhelp.gov/; I recently filed a complaint regarding the disclosed APR and Finance Charge values in a consumer credit transaction that violate the Truth in Lending Act. According to the law my complaint is to go the bank regulator overseeing the lender, or the Bureau. Instead, I received a reply directing me to file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). This reply violates my civil rights as the CFPB is not a bank regulator, or the Bureau, and in fact does not exist in law.

According to Title 10 of the “Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act” the proper name of the bureau is the “Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection”, and this is not the name of entity I am told to contact. “Federal Reserve Consumer Help” which is part of the Federal Reserve System is simulating a legal process under color of law in violation of my civil rights.
