Most residents have Solar power, gas generators, Hundred Gallone'd water cisterns. There is no gov water or power currently being distributed to this area. Don't know about the Bureaucracy in play here, but we went through almost 15 years of the same nonsense, and finally just left! Power of the Tyrants!
