Report: Senate Democrats investigating a second sexual assault allegation against Brett Kavanaugh
As Christine Blasey Ford prepares to testify in an open hearing Thursday that Supreme Court justice nominee Brett Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her in high school, Senate Democrats are investigating allegations that Kavanaugh sexually assaulted a second woman while he was in college, according to The New Yorker. Deborah Ramirez, 53, claims that Kavanaugh exposed himself in front of her face at a dorm party during his freshman year at Yale, causing her to unwilling to touch his genitals. Ramirez said she was reluctant to come forward because she was concerned about some lapses in memories. She also said she blamed herself for "drinking too much," according to The New Yorker. Kavanaugh denied the allegations, calling it a "smear, plain and simple."
