"Putin responded to Zelenskyy's incompetence. In short: Zelenskyy is not legitimate. He can't repeal his own decrees or sign any peace agreements. Zelenskyy even got the dates wrong regarding when Russian troops were near Kyiv. Putin once again confirmed that a peace treaty was ready, but the Ukrainian side, influenced by the British, decided to fight to the last Ukrainian. By the way, that ‘last Ukrainian’ point was supposed to be the number of the AFU after the war. This should have been resolved during a personal meeting."
