The upper 60s and lower 70s were back across the area with another day of sunny filled skies. A frontal boundary has stalled just to our neighboring north where cloud cover and scattered rain showers have been observed. That frontal boundary will get absorbed by an upcoming storm system which will bring showers and thunderstorms to the area early this week.  Skies will remain mostly clear with light winds out of the southeast around 5 to 10 mph. We will have temperatures cool off into the upper 40s and lower 50s.  We are back in the upper 60s and lower 70s to kick off the work week. Winds will remain out of hte southeast between 5 to 15 mph. We should start with mostly sunny skies but as the day wears on, we will see a gradual increase in cloud cover due to the upcoming storm system.  There could be an isolated rain shower Monday night ahead of an approaching cold front from the storm system which will move in on Tuesday. Showers and storms will arrive Tuesday. The will be scattered in the morning and then in the afternoon, a few isolated rain showers are possible along and behind the front.  Cool air fills in behind this storm system with highs in the mid 50s to lower 60s for the extended period. We are going into a below average temperature trend so enjoy the mind weather the next two days.
