TCtD2 Year 6 Season 3 Update

TCtD2's Devs streamed an informational video on Twitch on the 28th that covered a little on Y6S2 and nothing on The Division 3, which is why I watched it. They did state some updates were in the update but Yanick got VERY UPSET when asked about the cheaters, so it's safe to assume there won't be any developments on that issue.
