If we are no longer under the Law, how is it that the Law shall not pass till all be fulfilled?

Jesus told us that the Law will not pass away until all be fulfilled. Paul and Apollos both tell us that the Law has passed away. But not all prophecy has been fulfilled yet, right? So how do we resolve this?
