Daredevil Raccoon Faces A Free Fall Off A Tall Building

Raccoons are mischievous creatures by nature, spending most of their time scavenging, playing and generally creating havoc wherever they go. They have sharp claws and sharp teeth and are completely unpredictable. Raccoons are not good with other animals such as dogs and cats. They may seem fine and relaxed one minute and completely out of control and panicky the next. They are still wild animals, and should always be treated like ones. In the video above, people witness an incredible sight, something they would have never imagined it could happen. A raccoon has climbed up on a very tall building, running upwards like a Spiderman. However, its abilities are limited and should it find itself in a danger, it can’t just save itself like Spiderman does. Raccoons may have sharp claws and sharp teeth but that won’t get the raccoon anywhere near to the top of the building. It has quickly climbed to a certain height and the next thing it does, it has the wall in its grips knowing that it is ready to fall down. It is running out of options, it can’t move upwards neither can it go back down smoothly. The people gathered in front of the building know that unfortunately, the raccoon has to face a free fall. Whether it is going to stay alive or not, nobody can predict.

One of the people witnessing this scary sight says” "I was biking on the Ocean City boardwalk with friends when I spotted a raccoon nine floors high on an apartment complex on the wall, not a balcony but the wall. Animal control was there too, but had not made contact with the raccoon. I then witnessed him spring off and fall. He landed on his feet and then ran away!" Indeed, this raccoon has no idea how lucky he is and he was fortunate enough to came out alive, without a scratch and without a hair missing! To the people watching from the outside, the height this little daredevil has climbed to, causes them vertigo and we are totally freaked out of the impending danger.

Maybe this raccoon was hungry, so it smelled something delicious being cooked in the neighborhood, and it decided to come and check, but it wasn’t aware that it would actually put itself in a grave danger. It really hurts watching the raccoon fall with such a speed and the moment it slams on the ground makes us cringe. The jump looks painful since the raccoon crashes onto the ground in full force, similar to the movement when we swat an annoying fly on the wall. The first thought that it comes to our minds is that with the fall, the raccoon was badly hurt and that it is in a lot of pain. However, in no time the raccoon manages to pick itself up and runs away without looking back. Luckily, this daredevil got away lightly without a scratch and it was fortunate enough not to end up dead.
