We had Jan and Jeff and Larry and Erika and Holly and Sara helping to assemble pulled pork sliders with Asian coleslaw on top. The Asian coleslaw was the star of the show. It had honey and rice wine vinegar and ginger and garlic and sesame seed oil and fresh sesame seeds mixed together with shredded red cabbage and napa cabbage and carrots.
