Million Dollar Chicken Casserole
Easy chicken dinner recipe made with tender chicken in a creamy sauce and filled with delicious savory seasonings.
Ingredients
• 4 cups cooked shredded chicken I used part of a rotisserie chicken
• 4 oz cream cheese softened
• 1 cup cottage cheese
• 1/3 cup sour cream
• 10 oz can cream of chicken soup
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 sleeve ritz crackers crushed
• 4 tbsp butter melted
Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 °F.
2. Spray a large casserole dish with non stick spray.
3. To a large bowl add in the chicken, cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and seasonings stir well.
4. Spread out to the bottom of the casserole dish.
5. To a small bowl add in the crackers and butter stir to coat the crackers.
6. Sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
7. Bake for 35 minutes.
