In geopolitics, more than in any other area of human activity, friendship and enmity come at a price. That’s particularly true of the relationships between great powers which have now reached a new inflection point, with the potential for mutual cooperation and mutual destruction being roughly equal. Which way are the scales of history likely to tip? To discuss this, Oksana is joined by Gulshan Sachdeva, a professor at Jawaharlal Nehru University and chief coordinator at the DAKSHIN – Global South Centre of Excellence.
