Goodbye Wonderful (and good Riddiance) and say hello to the New Idol Cures on the Disco Dance floor block for the 2025 Winter Season Line up "You and Idol Precure!"

Ok! first impressions!.....Im actually mixed towards this one for various reasons,Both Good (Mostly good) and Bad!

First,i'll get the bad stuff out the way first,because this time,the bad stuff leads up to something Good:P

OK,now in a retrospect,compared to Last year's Disaster forest Fire,let me go ahead and get Uta Sakura out of the way First,now at first Glance,she may seem like a huge improvement over Komugi/Cure Wonderful last season,but heres one small Problem though.....now i don't know if she's gonna be like this throughout this season's entire run but.....Good Lord.....this 1st episode however already left me a bad first impressions of her,Her cameo from Wonderful's last episode wasn't too bad,but Here.....in the first episode of her actual Show though......right off the bat.she's already a god awful insufferable character,from her bad abtrocious singing to her rediculous comedy shannigans,because throughout the first half of this episode,she and her Fairy Partner (which she finds out of a Peach-shaped Egg) spent most of the First half of the episode of pointless filler asking around Random NPC/Civillians if they're "PRecure" including some Random Fat sumo guy,Ok WHAT????????......

OK,now in previous seasons (especially the Old school Era seasons),the cures from those seasons had to go through some kind of ordeal to unlock the Cure Powers Within themselves.....But NO Cure was this level of stupidity like how Uta Sakura is being shown Here.....uhhhhhhhhhhhhh.......maybe,she'll get better by the next few episodes prehaps????3

But not all is bad though,because this does leave to something good though,because this season does have some amazing stuff going on here as well,for starters,already we have much Better Decent group of villians again this time around,which they're introduced from the start in this first episode,and right off the bat,we already get good charicterizations of they're motivations on why they want to conquere the World (something that last year's Wonderful failed miserabully at,which we had to wait 20 + Episodes for that season's villians to show up!)

Next,the best thing of all,the disaster forest fire we got last season was exstinguished here in this season,because...YES SIR,thats right boys and girl:P

this season answered our prayers giving the true fans what they wanted! which this season brought back the Old School Era/Combat/DBZ-like Fight Scenes (A traditional trademark that the old school era Precure seasons is known for)

So whats this I'm Seeing??????? Cure Idol???? Actually Fistcuffing/Combat and Kicking ass Here?????

and heh......Cure idol just outright curve stomped that "Monster of the Week" giving him one hell of a serious ass beating with "NO MERCY" lol and So heheheh.lol

so already,this is a huge step up in the right direction,which already this is a total huge improvement over Wonderful's Disaster woodwork Fire Trainwreck!

But again,the only thing holding down this season so far is how insufferable Uta Sakura is So far with her repetitive singing antics and her sheer stupidity from this episode's first impressions,but hey....again,maybe she'll improve,so I'll give her a chance!

Also,how this season's combat fight-style works is,let me explain how this works,in this season,they give the "Monster of the Week" the traditional Old School Precure "Ass beat down" and than for they're finishing moves,they use the power of "Singing and Dancing" to finish off the monsters of the week similar to Both "Mermaid Melody" and "Bittomo X Heroine Kirameki Powers" handled they're fight scenes.

NOw heh.......Singing and Dancing is a rather odd choice of a Precure finishing move to finish off the Monster of the Week,but let me say this my friends!!

I'll defentially take "Power of Music"over that ("What-ever-the-Hell that WAS") "Pathetic Excuse of Lack of Combat"nonsense "Defensive Tatics Chase N Huggles" Shanannigans that Last year's Wonderful Precure Pulled.

and not only just You and Idol,but "Mirai Days" (Mahou tsukai's Adult spinoff sequel) also brought back the old school Combat/FIght scenes,So yes,we're defentially a huge step in the right direction so far guys!

Also,the only other good aspect to come out of this season so far is,that since this Season is set in the Idol Genre (Which the Idol Genre is aimed at a female demographic audiance),we at least won't have to worry about Idiot ass Clown/Male Cures plauging this franchise anymore,so thats a Good Relief,but again,this also leads to another downside though,as i stated previously,because this Season is in the "Idol Genre" they're aiming this Precure season to the "Wrong fandom" which again heh......Pripare and Aikatsu fans will Fangirl over this season for Sure,but will also massively dystroy it's ratings and reputation among the Hardcore Precure Fans that Want the old Schooll/Combat and Fight scenes back!

All i can say for now is this!.....,Which i wish Cure Idol the best of luck this season,because she's gonna need all those praise and idol views from the "Pripara" and "Love Live" fans to clean up the forest dumpster Fire mess that Wonderful left behind last season to Pull The Precure Franchise out of the woodwork fire to get things back on track with the hardcore fans,can she do it guys:P
