After Canada, Maxico slaps retaliatory Tariffs on US in response to Trump

Days into Oval Office, Donald Trump took major decisions including imposing 25% Tariffs on all Mexican and Canadian goods. As the tariffs war escalated between the three countries, Canada and Mexico announced retaliatory Tariffs on US. As soon as Canada announced its Tariffs slap to US, Mexico blasted US by ‘categorically rejecting White House slander’ . Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, in a long X post stated that Mexico preferred dialogue with the US but had to retaliate. Mexican President clearly declared Mexico’s stance over Trump ‘domination’ stating, “Coordination, yes; subordination, no”. But in a ‘mysterious’ development, Claudia instructed the Secretary of Economy to implement ‘Plan B’ . Without specifying what US goods will be targeted, Mexican Economic Minister responded “Plan b is underway, we will win”
