Most sports aren't as intimidating as getting into the cage and fighting, but our guest this week, Patrick Hall, has fought MMA style and is a black belt in Brazillian Ju Jistu. Pat shares with us his story of getting into BJJ, growing up during the time of WWE, and talking about his profession in the public school system where he shares about the challengers teachers face and some of the larger issues trying to be addressed to provide the best education to students. We are really grateful that Pat was able to join us and hopefully we can have him on again soon!
