A movie review of Emilia Pérez, the musical "masterpiece" Hollywood is pushing to win the Academy Award for Best Picture. Even when Los Angeles still burns, Hollywood has chosen to heap praise upon Emilia Perez with the town taking even more steps toward claiming the title of Hell on Earth. Emilia Perez is a weak film with a horrifying message and it's so-so musical numbers are the veneer that Hollywood is claiming to applaud; when in reality it's actually the film's nefarious message they approve of. Emilia Perez should not ever be mentioned in the same breath as Titanic or The Silence of the Lambs but Hollywood is as sick as ever.
