Stubborn Husky Refuses To Leave The Bed And Howls In Protest

“Beep! Beep! Beep! Beep!” the alarm clock sounds, and it is the worst day of the week: Monday. How many of you can relate to this scenario? We know we can relate almost every single Monday morning, and sometimes the depression sets in as early as Sunday night. One of the favorite scenes from one of our favorite movies is from Office Space when the main character is not in one of the best moods, and one of his annoying coworkers asks him, “Awe, do you have a case of the Mondays?” “A case of the Mondays,” what exactly does that mean? I think we all know or can relate to the feeling of having a “case of the Mondays.” It is when you have enjoyed the weekend, maybe a little too much, and you have to start back the work week but you are not ready for it. This adorable, feisty husky in this video definitely is not looking forward to beginning the day. Why is it that beds and blankets are 100% more comfortable in the morning than at night? When we are trying to go to sleep at night, we will toss and turn for hours, unable to get in any comfortable position. Let that alarm clock go off in the morning though. The moment it does, we sleepily reach aimlessly for my phone to shut off the alarm or to hit snooze just a few times. So, who can blame this gorgeous husky for reacting any other way than the way it did? I certainly don’t.

The best part is that this husky has no problem letting his owner know how he feels about getting out of bed. He quickly lifts his head into the air and loudly states, “Hooowwwll! Hooowwwlll!” as if in protest to its owner’s commands. The owner continues to try and tell the husky that it’s time to wake up, but this adorable canine wants no part of rising with the sun. He’s definitely no rooster. He must be more of a night owl.

We love dogs, and we love how they take on human personalities and actions. They truly are the most loyal animals on earth. Even when they are being stubborn and defiant, you can’t help but smile and laugh at their behavior. It is as cute was when you see someone else’s child, not your own, being defiant and sassing their parents with attitude. It’s never quite as fun when it is your own child with the sass. At the end of the video clip, you can hear the owner giggle in the background. The giggle is almost symbolic of throwing up the white flag. The owner realizes that her sweet companion is not going to be influenced or controlled by her demands or commands. Although she does not speak English, the viewer can easily comprehend all of what occurs in the video. Dogs truly are man’s best friend. Even when they aren’t following directions, we love them as though they are our own children.
