In Cyberpunk 2077, you play as V, a mercenary in the dystopian Night City,
chasing fame and fortune.

After a high-stakes heist goes wrong, V ends up with a biochip in their head containing the engram of legendary rocker and terrorist Johnny Silverhand. With their mind slowly being overwritten, V must navigate a world of corrupt corporations, cybernetic enhancements, and dangerous alliances to find a way to survive—while deciding whether to embrace or resist Johnny’s rebellious influence.
