Schizo- 58 and homeless for 35 years says, "Its the rich people against the homeless"

Schizo is 58 and has been homeless for 35 years. He says he's the enforcer out on the streets because it's the Rich against the homeless, people throw things at them and yell derogatory things at the homeless. He is struggling with a Meth addiction and says thats what his daily struggle is trying to figure out how to get money for his habit.
