Wayne Allyn Root Reveals incredible new detail that could have led to tragedy
Wayne Allyn Root: "One of my friends is a retired U.S. Army Colonel who flew Blackhawks. And this is what he just sent me in a message:
There is only one certain thing, Wayne. They flew without a crew chief on the left side of the helicopter who could have seen the approaching aircraft. Everything else is wild speculation and not worth wasting time talking about. You would be dishonest if you said anything different. The Black Hawk did not have a crew chief. It’s that simple.
Don’t play the expert in this case. Everyone else is embarrassing themselves. This is a simple case of the Black Hawk not visually seeing the American Airlines aircraft until it was right above them before the collision. They had no eyes on the left side of the Black Hawk. The main mistake of the Black Hawk’s pilot-in-command was not flying with a second crew chief on the left side for a flight in DC’s dense air traffic.
Trump has apparently not been briefed on the absence of a crew chief yet. Just a reminder—I was both a Black Hawk pilot and a Black Hawk crew chief, so I know both worlds and both positions with all their responsibilities to keep the aircraft free from disasters and collisions. The Black Hawk will take most of the blame, but the unit commander of the Black Hawk should share the blame for not requiring a full crew of four people with both crew chiefs on board.
This flight commander could have rejected the risk assessment unless a full crew was on board the Black Hawk. In other words, they should not have taken off. If they were missing personnel, they should not have flown. So Trump might be partially right in saying that DEI is to blame—if the crew chief, the pilot, or the ground commander who approved the mission were DEI hires and promoted through DEI instead of merit. But we don’t publicly know the names or ranks of the Black Hawk pilots, let alone the commander’s information.
Remember, accidents like this don’t begin to happen right before two aircraft collide. These accidents start from the moment the mission is assigned on the ground, when the mission planning begins, and when the crew members for the mission are selected.
My friend, a retired U.S. Army Colonel, was both a Black Hawk pilot and a Black Hawk crew chief. So he’s giving you information I haven’t seen anywhere in the media—no newspaper, no website—I haven’t heard any of this from President Trump, the Secretary of Transportation, or anyone in emergency services."
