If you ever have to call 911 from an iPhone or Android, dispatchers in participating 911 call centers are now much better able to pinpoint where you are - and send help faster. The cell phone device and service providers have improved location-finding abilities if you're calling 911 in an emergency - and the technology is already proving its value.
