- ½ cup **yogurt**
- ½ tsp **black pepper**

- 1 tbsp **fresh coriander (chopped)**
- 2-3 **green chilies (whole)**
- 1 tbsp **ginger (julienned)**

1️⃣ **Cook the Chicken:**
- Heat **2 tbsp oil or ghee** in a large **karahi** (wok-like pan).
- Add the **sliced onions** and sauté until golden brown.
- Add the **ginger-garlic paste** and sauté for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
2️⃣ **Add Tomatoes & Spices:**
- Add the **chopped tomatoes** and cook until they soften and release oil.
- Add **red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder**, and **salt**. Stir well and cook for a few minutes.
3️⃣ **Cook the Chicken:**
- Add the **chicken pieces** to the karahi. Stir to coat with the spices.
- Cook on high heat for about **5-7 minutes** to sear the chicken and lock in the flavors.
4️⃣ **Add Yogurt & Simmer:**
- Lower the heat and add the **yogurt**. Mix well to combine.
- Let the chicken cook for **20-25 minutes** on low heat, stirring occasionally. If needed, add a little water to adjust the consistency.
5️⃣ **Garnish & Finish:**
- Once the chicken is cooked and the oil separates, sprinkle **garam masala** and **Kasuri methi**. Stir gently.
