- ½ tsp **ajwain (carom seeds)**

- 1 tbsp **finely chopped coriander leaves**
- 1 tbsp **finely chopped green chilies**
- 1 tbsp **yogurt**
- 1 tbsp **oil or ghee**
- Water (as needed for kneading)
- Ghee/butter for cooking

1️⃣ **Prepare the Dough:**
- In a bowl, mix **besan, atta, salt, cumin, ajwain, red chili flakes, turmeric, coriander, and green chilies.**
- Add yogurt and oil, then gradually add water and knead into a soft dough.
- Let it rest for **15 minutes.**
2️⃣ **Roll the Rotis:**
- Divide the dough into small balls.
- Roll each into a **medium-thick roti** (not too thin, as besan roti breaks easily).
3️⃣ **Cook on Tawa:**
- Heat a **tawa (griddle)** on medium flame.
- Place the roti and cook for **30 seconds on one side, then flip.**

- ½ tsp **cumin seeds (zeera)**
- ½ tsp **salt**
- ½ tsp **red chili powder**
- ½ tsp **lemon juice or tamarind paste**
- 1 tbsp **oil**
