India defeated England by 15 runs in the 4th T-20 and lead the five match series 3-1.
England won the toss and opted to bat first.
India while batting first scored 181 runs for 9 wickets in 20 overs.
India start was disastrous and were 12 for 3 wickets in 2nd over only. Saqib Mahmood took the wicket of Sanju Samson one run caught by Brydon Carse on the first ball of the over, then on second ball he removed Tilak Verma and on the last ball he took the wicket of Surya Kumar Yadav.
Mahmood took three wickets in his first over without conceding any run. Abshiekh Sharma made 29 runs and Rinku Singh contributed 30 runs.
The impetus to the Indian innings was given by the partnership of 87 runs from 45 balls between Shivam Dube and Hardik Pandya.
Hardik Pandya made 53 runs from 30 balls hitting 4 fours and 4 sixes. Shivam Dube contributed 53 runs from 34 balls which include 7 fours and 2 sixes.
Saqib Mahmood took 3 wickets, two wickets were taken by Jamie Overton and one wicket each was taken by Brydon Carse and Adil Rashid.
England in reply were restricted to 166 runs in 19.4 overs and lost the match by 15 runs and the series 3-1.
Hary Brook top scored with 51 runs from 26 balls hitting 5 fours and 2 sixes. Ben Duckett made 39 runs and Philip Salt made 23 runs.
Jamie Overton made 19 runs and Adil Rashid remained not out on 10 runs.
Harshit Rana replaced Shivam Dube as concussion substitute and bowled splendidly to finish with 3 for 33 in 4 overs. Ravi Bishnoi also took 3 wickets, two wickets were taken by Varun Chakravarthy. One wicket each was taken by Arshdeep Singh and Axar Patel.
Shivam Dube was declared as Player of the Match.
