Lying About Sleeping in a Cemetery and Running Away (April 2024)

Andrew lied to his APS caseworker, Henry, about running away and and admits to having done this to get Henry's attention. (24:38)

24:28 – Henry says that he has Allegheny County Sheriffs Department looking for Andrew, implying that Andrew has told Henry that he ran away.
24:38 - Henry acknowledges the “cemetery” e-mail. Andrew pauses and states that he lied to Henry about running away (“Was with Joe all along.”) and had only done this to get Henry's attention.
28:10 – Henry asks if Andrew is faking his autism. He says, "You have said that you try to fake symptoms of other mental health disorders, different conditions [..] You tell people that you're going to fake different conditions, why should they think you aren't faking now?” Henry is referring to the numerous times Andrew has pretended to have schizophrenia (Andrew's infamous “Can I have schizophrenia now?” routine.)
30:20 – Andrew: "OPWDD said it's from untreated psychoses when I don't have that."
30:37 – Henry: “You say you don't, you say you're not faking, but then a breath later you say you were trying to fake for schizophrenia.”
35:00 approximately – Andrew grunts, groans, and stims in a way that is uncomfortable to listen to.
52:20 Henry: " I am going to end the phone conversation now. I need to call Allegany sheriffs to tell them that you're safe and they don't have to continue on going searching for you." Andrew concludes by saying he will be taking legal action against Henry.
