12:09 – Andrew takes the battery out of the smoke alarm in his parents' home.
16:14 – Recording of a call to Crisis Services on April 25, 2024 at 12:45 AM.
18:52 – Andrew shows a document on the screen which he claims proves that he has autism. It shows the opposite: “Andrew presents with Unspecified Anxiety Disorder and Autism Spectrum Disorder which appears to be precipitated by wanting to get into OPWDD.”
19:48 – Crisis Services answers Andrew's call. The operator informs Andrew that this is the last call he is allowed today and then terminates the call.
20:44 – Not getting his way, Andrew decides to call Crisis Services again while childishly shouting “Wah! Wah! Wah!”
21:30 - The Crisis Services call from April 25, 2024 at 12:45 AM resumes.
23:35 – Crisis Services answers Andrew's call and hangs up on him. Andrew calls back immediately.
24:15 - Andrew calls Crisis Services, taunts them childishly, then is hung up on again.
25:50 - Crisis services call from April 25, 2024 at 12:45 AM resumes.
26:58 – Andrew calls Crisis Services again and plays the recording of him howling in pain. They hang up on him again.
28:50 - Andrew calls Crisis Services; they hang up on him again.
30:26 - Andrew calls Crisis Services; they hang up on him again. The operator states that this is Andrew's 8th call.
31:42 - Crisis services answers Andrew's call. He attempts to manipulate them into calling emergency services for him. He does not succeed.
37:20 – Andrew calls the office of mental health and complains about crisis services.
