Jakoba's Reign of Terror (pt 89)

Jakoba begins to form a council in secret to protect the Rokat Empire. Scientists on Planet Horanonu miniaturized the trans warp engine so they can move fleets of ships across the Empire in hours instead of five days. A fleet of 10,000 ships is sent assult the Galactic Federation. Kishari says he is supplying weapons to Jakoba’s war machine. The prefects involved do not trust Jubali with command of Zero Legion, but Jakoba reassures them with his command of Zero Legion. The Puthadians have been given neighborhoods in various cities on Kidasuna as par with his plans with the White Guard. Jakoba explains in great detail about Zero Legion’s five generals are to be deployed on missions by each of the prefects. The premise of the White Guard is that there is guilt first until proven innocent. Nekodima is kept outside of Zero Legion for some odd reason. Jakoba suddenly bestows true freedom of speech. A bulletin is sent to every citizen that Jakoba is GOD. Jakoba plans to crown himself under official titles in the coming year and plans an imperial tour. Jakoba realizes he has not impressed the Toma People. The Toma have infiltrated the Rokat. Sockness comforts Jubali over the fact that Jubali has lost power in that he is now a tool in Jakoba’s war machine. Jubali loves his sex slaves, but Jakoba needs Jubali’s abilities to spy on Earth’s humans. Jubali also does drugs like Cocain, Meth, and LSD, and that Alicia has a dangerous vagina that kills men.
