Maddow: Trump Blamed The Plane Crash On Diversity, Blamed It On Non-White People Having Jobs

“What it was like for him to watch the video of it. He scoffed at the idea that he would go pay his respects at the crash site, which, after all, is just minutes from where he lives. He said, quote, you tell me what’s the site, the water, you want me to go swimming. He also today at length, uh, blamed the plane crash on diversity, diversity hiring. Literally, at the moment, bodies were still being pulled out of the frozen Potomac River. He was insisting that there must be something about this that can be blamed on non-white people having jobs. He said, said it was just, just common sense. While we are on the subject of the unquestionably and unerringly excellent performance of white men in their job duties though. Did you see the press conference this morning from Trump’s newly confirmed secretary…”

Rachel Maddow doesn’t even listen to the guests on her own show because yesterday, Rachel Maddow had Democrat Stacey Abrams on her fake news show. The show labeled Stacey Abrams as a “Voting Rights Activist.” That is beside my point but hilarious. Abrams said that DEI is for everyone. Stacey said, and I quote, “Disabled veterans are covered by DEI laws. Women are covered by DEI laws. When you can fire the Commandant of the Coast Guard, that is a DEI issue. Because diversity simply means all people, you’re all welcome, unless you are in the category of folks who believe that you should be impervious to all harm, and you’re guaranteed everything to begin with. For everybody else, there’s DEI.”

DEI is for everyone. It isn’t non-white people having jobs. President Trump was not saying that this plane accident occurred because of diversity and non-white people having jobs. The current job listing for an air traffic controller on the FAA’s website is open to people with disabilities, including ‘severe intellectual’ and ‘psychiatric’ disabilities. The FAA clearly isn’t hiring the most experienced or the best of the best. Accidents happen, but this collision should have never happened.

Yet, instead of investigating why the plane crash occurred, Rachel Maddow, the fake news superstar, wants everyone to think Donald Trump said the plane crash happened because of diversity hiring, which means non-white people having jobs.
