Trump administration gives ICE quota of 1,800 arrests per day across US

The Trump administration is demanding at least 1,800 arrests per day from Immigration and Customs Enforcement—setting a quota of 75 busts minimum for each of the agency’s 25 offices, according to multiple sources.

ICE has made more than 4,500 arrests since Trump’s return to office and has conducted raids in major sanctuaries, including New York, Denver, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Boston, according to agency data.
