DSP Seethes Over Not Hitting the Goal in CoD BO6 - Rage & Salt and Many Many Rage Quits - 01-30-25

I had trouble getting this to render, Vegas kept crashing when I tried to replace my 360p mp4s with the converted 1440p60 footage, but unlike vegas 20, 21 gave me a pop up saying my file isn't formatted for proper editing, but I was able to force it to work, and the render speed was the same. I'm curious if I have a setting in handbrake wrong, I have it set it set it set to avc video and aac audio, and I used constant frame rate and constant bitrate, I usually use 23, but I lowered it to 26 this time since last time I converted CoD BO6 footage, it gave me a stupidly high bitrate of 40mbps when it's usually 24-30mbps, but I think 20mbps I get with 26 looks identical. I'll google this stuff before next time.
