Transgender veteran says trans military members are concerned about Trump’s order

President Trump signed an executive order on Monday requiring the military to re-examine its policy allowing transgender people to serve openly. Sheri Swokowski, a retired Army colonel who is the highest-ranking, openly transgender veteran in the U.S., joins "The Daily Report" to discuss the policy change and what trans people bring to the military.
