David Pakman is spreading more misinformation, claiming that birthright citizenship is real. But the truth is right there in the 14th Amendment—“subject to the jurisdiction thereof” proves him wrong. Yet, he twists what the words really mean. He also twists a SCOTUS ruling on permanent resident status being placed under the "and subject to the jurisdiction thereof;" clause of the 14th Amendment.
