Answering Alex O'Connor's "Suffering World" Argument Against Theism
Celebrity Atheist Alex O'Connor has an interesting argument against a theistic origin for the universe based on "the problem of pain". Unlike those who use emotional arguments against the existence of God, this approach is more detached and intellectual. But is it correct? I don't think so. In fact, his argument can be turned back around on him into an argument for theism if one accepts the Christ-centered model for creation.
