    I love meatloaf but haven't had it in years. I'm sure yours still tasted just fine. At least its a warm comforting meal for your brother.

    California cooks seem to have the problem of always "experimenting" with food instead of finding the best way and then sticking to it. My 2nd ex was from California. Same problem. Never the same way twice in a row.
