The Los Angeles Wildfires of 2024-25 will go down in history for many reasons. First and foremost, the human toll has been unprecedented in modern times. Everyone knew LA is a hot spot for wildfires but what happened this year went far beyond what anyone was expecting. Over 12,000 homes have been completely destroyed as well as schools, places of worship, restaurants, stores, parks, cars, gardens, artwork, etc. The scope of the destruction is truly catastrophic.
