Why are the Russians taking so long to finish Ukraine - Why so long overall? I answer that!

We now have interviews showing the Russians have been holding back Commanders who want to attack towns to minimize civilian losses. This makes sense since they are mainly loyalist or ethnic Russians in those towns. Compare UK atrocities on local populations to Russian - its maybe 25+ to 1 or greater in favor of UK - they are killing those who stay behind since they are assumed to be Russians. When towns have No civilians the Russians take time, leveling them, again to minimize their own losses. And Russian volunteer rates prove that too. If the word was they did not protect their own very few would volunteer, esp for UK duty.
