Critics call proposed Wayne County 'Bullet Bill' ill-conceived, say it won't work

Reggie Davis, the Wayne County Commissioner for the sixth district, has been on a personal mission to stop gun violence ever since his brother was shot and killed.  On Tuesday he announced proposed legislation dubbed the "Bullet Bill," aimed at regulating ammunition instead of weapons.
