"ADMINISTRATIVE STATE" RESPONDS TO T. I. L. A. COMPLAINT

I've had 5 people respond to me with the reply to their Truth in Lending Act complaint of overstated/understated APR or Finance Charge. The first two seems to be legit replies informing the complainant that their complaint had been forwarded to the Regulator, and they now await a reply.

But the last 3 received a reply that said :
"This e-mail is to acknowledge our receipt of your correspondence on ...

Please be advised that the entity you are inquiring about
is subject to oversight by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) for certain consumer protection laws and regulations.
Please contact the CFPB directly to submit your complaint online at... "

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) does not exist in law

12 U.S.C. 5491 established the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection

System, an independent bureau to be known as
the ‘‘Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection’’

And for Truth in Lending Act complaints the proper regulator
is defined in 12 U.S.C. 1813(q)

(q) Appropriate Federal banking agency

(2) Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation
(3) the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System
