If asked to take a side in this whole thing, I’d easily be 100% Team Blake.

I remember over the summer, when everything started, having the conscious thought, “This is odd… I’ve never heard a bad thing about Blake Lively, and now there are stories everywhere… Almost like a coordinated attack.”

Having lived in L.A., and knowing a little about how the system works, the idea someone was behind the negative stories made sense.

I just didn’t know who would be interested in attacking her.

The idea the director and studio involved in making the movie she was promoting would be behind it?

I said “Harvey Weinstein” in the video, but Bill Cosby might be a more apt comparison.

Whenever you lean into something so strongly, it does suggest you’re trying to cover something up.

Like an anti-lgbtq Christian or Republican politician (usually one and the same thing) who gets busted doing a wide-stance tap at the Minneapolis airport.

Either way, the big picture is still: they’re rich, pretty, and famous.

These are rich, pretty, and famous people problems.

They should be glad to have them.
