Edgar Berlanga Targets 6 Opponents on His Return After Canelo Loss

According to Dan Rafael, Edgar Berlanga, better known as the Chosen One", is set to return to the ring on March 8th. There is no set opponent as of yet. However, there is a list of 6 fighters Berlanga mentioned for his return.

Jaimie Munguia, Jermall Charlo, Hamzah Sheeraz, Canelo rematch, Diego Pacheco, and Caleb Sweet hands Plant. I'm excited to hear Berlanga mention Diego Pacheco and Caleb Plant.

Berlanga, also known as the Puerto Rican Adrien Broner, hasn't been back in the ring since losing a 12-round decision to Canelo Alvarez back in September of 2024.

After the loss, Berlanga went on a world tour with Fat Joe and the Terror Squad in Puerto Rico and New York. It's alleged he's received keys to the city. Berlanga was also thrown a parade in Puerto Rico by some guys on dirt bikes.

The fight I want to see next for Berlanga is Caleb Plant. Back in May of 2024 Caleb Plant and Berlanga had a heated exchange. Plant pulled up on Berlanga, they exchanged words.

Berlanga promised Plant that he's gonna knock him out after his September with Canelo. Hopefully, he keeps his promise. The fans deserve to see a good fight between 2 fighters who have bad blood against each other.
