Nissan has unveiled the new Japan-market GT-R, including two special editions: the Nissan GT-R Premium edition T-spec and the Nissan GT-R NISMO Special edition. The 2024 models are set to launch in the spring, with the NISMO versions expected to hit the market by summer.

The new models boast improved aerodynamics and a more refined ride quality. While maintaining the same horsepower, noise and vibration levels have been reduced, with sound tuning enhancements designed to improve onboard comfort.

The T-spec model embodies GT-R's philosophy of leading and shaping the future, inspired by the terms "trend" and "traction." The Nissan GT-R Premium edition T-spec features specially tuned suspension and carbon disc brakes, providing a smooth ride and responsive handling.

On the other hand, the Nissan GT-R NISMO pushes the boundaries of performance with racing-inspired technologies. Enhanced aerodynamic performance, refined suspension tuning, and the addition of a mechanical limited-slip differential to the front final drive make this the most high-performance GT-R to date. Inside, the Recaro carbon back bucket seats have been refreshed to improve driving comfort, delivering a unified connection between the driver and the vehicle. The Nissan GT-R NISMO Special edition features precision-weighted engine components like piston rings, connecting rods, and a crankshaft, paired with a NISMO-exclusive carbon engine hood with a clear coat finish.
