Drone Toss

Three people were at fault here, the operator for not shutting it off when his mate is at risk of rotor injury, having to suddenly catch the weight of it is better, the first guy holding it and being stupid trying to put it down while still operational and then letting go when the second guy grabs hold of the other side without either of them coordinating the other. Operating safety instructions and warnings are included with these devices that none of them read.
