Notes:
12:30 Recording from April 10, 2024 at 9 AM. Andrew asks Henry, his APS worker, if he can run away to West Virginia and sleep on a sidewalk.
16:30 – Henry explains to Andrew that he cannot be tested for eligibility to access various services using traditional methods as Andrew has taken the tests so many times that he knows how to answer them in a way to get the results he wants.
22:18 - Recording from April 10, 2024 at 9:49 AM. Andrew calls to make a complaint about Henry while pretending to sound tearful. He also tells the woman he is speaking to that he will run away to West Virginia.
1:12:20 – Andrew pretends to cry on the recording while he can be heard arguing with his family in the background of the video.
