SWEET TWEET
Ever wondered why pineapple juice turns into a delightful foam party when you give it a good shake? Let’s dive into the frothy secrets of this tropical wonder!

The Science Behind the Foam
Pineapple juice contains an enzyme called bromelain, which breaks down proteins and helps create foam. When you shake it, air gets trapped in the juice, and bromelain stabilizes those bubbles. The result? A thick, luscious foam that adds a touch of pizzazz to your cocktails.

Fun Fact
Did you know that bartenders love using pineapple juice to add texture and visual appeal to drinks? It’s a secret weapon in mixology, turning ordinary cocktails into showstoppers.

Recipe:
90ml-3oz PINEAPPLE JUICE
45ml-1½oz WHITE VERMOUTH
30ml-1oz STRAWBERRY PINK PEPPER SYRUP

Pour pineapple juice and white vermouth into chilled highball glass. Froth the ingredients at high speed. Add ice and pour strawberry pink pepper syrup over ice cubes. Stir before drinking.

This drink has barely any alcohol. You can totally enjoy it even in the middle of the day.

Cheers!
