BlackJack's creations! We have Blackjack & Chun-Li EX vs. Tetsuo & Colossus, all by BlackJack. Use Dos2Win or a similar program to fix Tetsuo's pals. Colossus V1.1 and VFinal are bugged for Winmugen, 1.0 and 1.1! To fix, open up "col.cns" with Notepad or Natepad++, or something. Ctrl + F to open up the Find Window and search, "StateType = S". Should be under State -2. There is a booboo there that reads, "(&& StateType = S)". Take && out of the parentheses so that it looks like, "&& (StateType = S)". Save file, and it should work.
