Roger Ver, Weaponized Law, and why Elon Musk's claim that a Non-Citizen cannot be Pardoned is WRONG!

Attorney's Viva & Barnes discuss Roger Ver, Weaponized 'Lawfare'. and how Elon Musk's claim that a pardon cannot be issued to Ver because he renounced his citizenship is absolutely wrong. This is like saying the US cannot pardon Julian Assange. A pardon doesn't even need to be issued here, the case can just be dismissed.

Like Ver, or not, (I'm no fan of his) this is clearly targeted and a gross overreach by government, who are going after Ver because they really want to set a legal precedent when it comes to self custody, exit taxes and capitol gains for sovereign Bitcoiners. Ver is just the strawman.
