"SKY WRITERS!"

You may have noticed that we live in a “spoiled” world these days! Many of us think we are “entitled,” are “demanding,” “look down on the efforts of others,” and are very “unappreciative.” WE are NOT all the same, nor are we equally blessed with the same abilities or experiences!

We also live in a world that is almost 100% lies. Unfortunately, many of us cannot tell the difference between truth and lies and we are very UPSET when someone tries to educate us with “inconvenient” truth!

For more than fifty years, I have watched the “SKY WRITERS” at work in our skies. In recent years, it has become so bad that only an idiot or total denier is unable to see what is happening. As a pilot interested in meteorology, I am always “looking up” and I observe things most people do not see because they are literally always “looking down!”

I started with stills. In recent years I went to videos. Then I started recording the “Sky Writers” in TIME-LAPSE. It was a graphic experience. The hardest part was knowing WHEN to shoot them. Time-Lapse requires time to set up and shoot, and it requires “knowing” WHERE to do it! Sometimes we are not successful! So we try again. Some days are better than others. Then there are the “accidents!” For example, one day I was doing a scene in time-lapse of fog dissipating before the rising sun, and a jet intruded! I was able to “pull out” the jet footage, and use it to make my point. And I was also able to use the rest of the clip for its original purpose!

This show was filmed entirely in Lincoln County with the exception of the Los Angeles clip created from a still taken from a commercial flight on final for LAX. And there is a clip created from a still taken in Portugal. I also was able to get a night shot locally.

In this five-minute film, we show in GRAPHIC DETAIL, the DIFFERENCE between vapor trails emitted by jets and the sprayers who poison our world with chemicals. For a long time this was a called all kinds of weaponized names, and those of us who commented were demonized and ridiculed. But surprise! THIS YEAR (late 2024), suddenly everything was explained away as “geoengineering” fighting “climate change!” The lying words change, but the lies do not!

As you watch this five minute video, remember it is useful to remember it was EIGHT YEARS in the making. Countless hours went into post production as well, including adding dates, times and narrative….
