Tim Loggains /Jonelle Fulmer push claim that inactive members can vote; promises complaint

Craighead County GOP Committee Elections 1.28.25

The Craighead County Republican Committee (CCRC) Election for Officers took place at Lazzari Italian Oven 2230 S Caraway Rd, Jonesboro, AR 72401. Several Republicans from across the state attended. The meeting started 10 minutes late due to member Tim Loggins & former Republican Party of Arkansas (RPA) Chair Jonelle Fulmer accosting the Committee Chair and Parliamentarian over a statement made by the RPA Rules Committee earlier that day.
Fulmer appeared to be giving orders to Loggins and a small faction within the (CCRC) who wanted to vote out conservatives and replace them with the RPA group that ignores the State Convention. This type of distraction would have never been tolerated by such meetings as
the State Committee Meeting or State Convention.

The RPA Rules Committee, which ignored the will of the people regarding the RPA State Convention in 2024, claimed that inactive members could somehow vote in Committee Meetings. This statement, only shown to Tim Loggins and Jonelle Fulmer. would in theory allow members of the disbanded Saline County Republican Committee to vote in District & State Committee Meetings.
Similar acts of cheating in Arkansas Republican meetings have occurred across the state. The Republican National Committee (RNC) has yet to get involved in this issue. The parliamentarian that they sent to the State Convention and Committee Meeting
has been useless.
