Diversity is NOT a strength. In of itself there is nothing really of any values. Only Social Justice Warrior Leftists would think that way. The only thing that Diversity, Equity And Inclusion (DEI) does is it makes sure to exclude Straight White Men. Some of these SJWs call it "Reverse Racism". It is simply Racism.
