Why Russia's 'Sarmat-2' prepares to END of Putin?

Expectations for Russia's new “Sarmat 2” intercontinental ballistic missile were initially very high, with claims that it was powerful enough to “destroy cities”.
“Other countries have not developed such a missile, we are leading the way,” Putin boasted a few years ago.
However, what happened behind the scenes shows that this missile was in fact plagued by a series of failures and delays.
More precisely, Sarmat two (also known as Satan two), which was supposed to be the backbone of Russia's nuclear arsenal, has yet to be fully operational.

Despite all efforts, it seems to be a failure that actually blew up in Putin's face.

Instead, they have been forced to use the old Soviet era R thirty six Satan missiles, North Atlantic Treaty Organization code SS eighteen.

So how does this failure affect Russia?

What should the West conclude?
