Rep. Jason Smith says Congress will enact Trump’s ‘no tax on tips’ campaign pledge

House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Jason Smith (R-MO) says any tax legislation that comes out of his committee will include President Donald Trump’s campaign pledge to eliminate federal taxes on tipped income. “Tax relief for seniors is also something that we have to deliver on,” he adds.
